Greenfield Labs, Palo Alto CA

I am currently a full time engineer at Ford Motor Company working on our future vehicles. I work with Python, JS/TS, C++, and the electrical/hardware systems on the vehicle. I’ve been involved with novel system development from requirements and concept selection, to design and architecture, development, testing and verification. I specialize in commercial uplifting and third party extensions for Ford vehicles. Our system is planned for integration in Model Year 2025. I can’t share too much more about my current work, but below are some of my favorite images from my time at Ford.

I also interned in the Research and Advanced engineering division at GFL in 2018. I helped develop, from scratch, a full-stack web application for real-time geofencing. As a team of 3, we iterated in-vehicle hardware modules, transport protocols, geospatial databases, and geofencing algorithms to provide the fastest and most accurate relative positioning. We managed to lower the on vehicle geofencing time from several minutes to a few seconds. The geofencing system was deployed on a fleet of transit vans in Europe to switch engines between battery and internal combustion depending on euro emissions free zones.
